Most recently, I spent 3.5 years as the Head of Marketing at Jhana, a company that helped tens of thousands of people managers become more effective leaders for their teams and that was ultimately acquired by Franklin Covey (NYSE: FC), one of the most prominent leadership development firms in the world.

As full-time employee #8 and the first marketing hire at Jhana, I built our marketing organization from the ground up, from hiring the right team members to onboarding technologies to help us scale. Together with my colleagues, we built a highly respected brand in our industry and collaborated with the VP of Sales to grow an impressive sales and marketing pipeline. I hired Jhana's first growth marketer and saw marketing's contribution to revenue jump from a small fraction to nearly half of new closed deals.

I developed the concept and content for each of these SlideShare decks. Every single one hit the SlideShare the front page, resulting in thousands of new leads and hundreds of new sales requests, without the help of paid advertising.



In partnership with Studio B films of Berkeley, CA, I managed the storyboarding, casting, development and production of these promotional Jhana videos from beginning to end.



I designed and developed these infographics using data from research conducted by the Jhana product and marketing teams.
