Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") before using the robincangie.me website and/or before purchasing any coaching services (the "Service") provided by Robin Cangie, Career & Leadership Coach ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with these Terms, which apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. You must be 18 years or older to use the Service and, by accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Coaching Disclaimer
As your career and leadership coach, it is our responsibility to show up and deliver our best work for our clients. It is your responsibility to show up and give our time together 100%. Results are only possible when you're doing the work in between our sessions to move forward and make things happen. We can’t guarantee results, and we are not responsible for any career, leadership, or business decisions you make. Therefore we are not liable for any results that may come from your career, leadership, or business decisions.
Coaching is not counseling, therapy or psychoanalysis and is not to be used in lieu of professional legal, financial, or medical advice.
Service Specifics
Our role is to support and guide you in reaching your goals, but your success depends on your own effort, motivation and commitment. By participating voluntarily in using our Service, you acknowledge that you are personally and fully responsible for the results. We do not guarantee any particular result and results will vary for each individual.
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide as much notice as possible and we’ll take all commercially reasonable steps to reschedule. If you provide less than 48 hours notice, we may not be able to reschedule, and we are not obligated to refund any amounts paid in relation to sessions that can’t be rescheduled in a timely manner. If you arrive to a session late, we’ll try to extend the time accordingly, but if this is not possible at our sole discretion the session will end at the originally scheduled time and no refund for the missed time will be provided. Third-Party Links/Web Sites
The Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. You agree that we are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with any content, goods or services available on or through such web sites or services. We advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Copyrights and Trademarks
Unless otherwise noted, all materials including, without limitation, logos, brand names, images, designs, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of our Service are owned or licensed by us. Our Service is protected by copyright and trade dress and nothing should be construed as granting any license or ownership in anything displayed or used. Our names and logos may not be used in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on our Service, without our prior, written permission. Other product and company names displayed in our Service are the Intellectual Property of their respective owners.

Postings on our Service are made at such times as we determine in our discretion. No Warranties; Exclusion of Liability; Indemnification
THE SERVICE IS OPERATED ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NONINFRINGEMENT FOR OUR SERVICE AND ANY SERVICES YOU PURCHASE THROUGH IT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, USEFUL, TIMELY OR CURRENT OR THAT OUR SERVICE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Robin Cangie, Career & Leadership Coach, and the partners, employees and agents of Robin Cangie, Career & Leadership Coach harmless from and against any and all claims, causes of action, suits, losses, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, arising from or related to your use of our Service or any services you purchase through it, out of Your actions, omissions to act or negligence, or your breach of any representation, warranty, covenant, obligation or other agreement contained in these Terms or on Service’s website.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Confidentiality
Each Party agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding information (documented or verbal) that each Party chooses to share in the session or as part of your access and use of the Service. We agree not to disclose any information pertaining to your access and use of the Service without your written consent.
Cancelations and Rescheduling
A minimum notice of 24 business hours is required if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. We can make some exceptions for emergencies. No-shows without notice cannot be rescheduled.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our Service we do not issue refunds once the order is confirmed. Please read the full program details and any FAQs before purchasing any program or product. If you have any questions, please email robin@robincangie.me before purchasing.
